The first LOKI system in operation in Norway

All Sports Recycled are happy and proud to have delivered the first LOKI-6 system to the Norwegian sport facility service provider TeBe Sports. The system was ordered in November 2020 and after 6 months of production, the LOKI found its way to its new life in the cold north in May 2021.

The LOKI is an amazing piece of engineering craftmanship. The level of quality and attention to details is impressive! From the automatic offloading system, to the quality of the electromechanical and hydraulic components, the advanced control system, the included HSE equipment and, of course, being able to control the plant from my iPhone…

Oddbjorn Lindebekk, CEO TeBe Sport

Together with the LOKI, our head engineer and the inventor of the LOKI, Luca Bacchi, jointed to train the operators from TeBe Sport. During a 10 day intense on-the-job site acceptance test, training and first delivery project giving the needed know how to operate, adjust, maintain and do service on the LOKI.

For its first mission, the LOKI separated a full-size pitch, consisting of primary SBR (not much sand, but a lot of fiber, stones, hair and rubbish). A large amount of the clean, dust free and dry SBR shall be reused on the new field installed during July 2021, the rest will be reused on new or existing pitches in the area. The clean grass has a large number of exit possibilities, from extrusion and granulation for use by local industry, to reuse of the grass in the storage areas for snow around the pitches or as tee pad for disc golf, to mention some.

We look forward to work with TeBe Sport in the years to come and wish them all the best with their new LOKI system
